Description
This course is designed to train the student to provide physical therapy, under the direction of a physical therapist, to clients with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. Emphasis is on critical thinking and the PTA's role in the physical assessment of the orthopedic conditions. Evidence based practice will be emphasized and cultural competence will be introduced.
