Interpretation is the foundation of implementation of findings and ongoing evaluation. Ongoing evaluation depends on interpretation because evaluation involves making a comparison between something observed and a standard. This, in turn, requires making sense out of your observational data and seeing the relationship between the data and the standard you have selected.
